Allianz was overtaken by Generali in 2024 for the highest ranked position in Insure Our Future’s scorecard. Allianz should immediately adopt a policy to rule out oil and gas expansion across the full value chain, including for new/expanded methane LNG (or ‘liquefied natural gas’) projects.
